8:30am - 5:00pm daily for initial screening

Unit Description:
CAP/TOP is Broome County's transitional assistance program that employs intensive case management practices coupled with positive economic incentives to guide recipients entering the work force into a planned progression that will lead them into sustained economic self sufficiency. This is accomplished within 12-18 months of entering the program. The guiding philosophic ideals of CAP are employment, personal responsibility and self sufficiency.
