Quality Control

Unit Description:
Conducts independent, internal audits of various Social Service programs. Cases are audited for accuracy and completeness as well as correct application of Federal, State, and Local policy and procedures. The findings of these audits are reported to the Program Managers to assist them in planning and improving the quality of assistance provided by line staff through training or other corrective action. Also, conducts various reviews involving interstate matches, Social Security validations and high risk resource file integration reports.
