Town Of Chenango Resident Wins Greater Binghamton Airshow 2004 Vacation Getaway Contest

BINGHAMTON, NY - Mark Wales will be enjoying a luxurious Carnival Cruise sometime in the near future thanks to a trip to the Greater Binghamton Airshow 2004.

This year's Airshow held July 11th and 12th at the Greater Binghamton Airport was enjoyed by over 50,000 spectators. Each person over 18 years of age who attended the event was eligible to enter the Greater Binghamton Airshow 2004 Vacation Getaway Contest. The only requirement was to donate $1.00 for each entry. The vacation package includes, air travel for two on Delta Connection from the convenient Greater Binghamton Airport and a complimentary vacation for two on board one of Carnival Cruise Lines spectacular ships provided by Cruise Holidays of Binghamton. Proceeds from the contest benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Joseph A. Griffin Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Today Broome County Executive Jeff Kraham presented Mr. Wales with his vacation package after his name was randomly selected from thousands of entries.
