Long Term Care Ombudsman Program (LTCOP)

The Ombudsman Program provides confidential assistance and advocacy to residents, family and staff of long term care facilities/homes. Trained, certified volunteers visit facilities on a regular basis, as well as upon specific request. The program works to enhance the quality of life for resident of long term care facilities including nursing homes, assisted and enriched living facilities, adult homes and family type homes.
