Attention Customers: Because of the new hours at the BC Junction, the Mobility Manager will have new hours starting November 14, 2011. The hours are:
- Monday 7AM to 4:30PM
- Wednesday 1PM to 4:30PM
- Friday 1PM to 4:30PM
About our Mobility Management Program
BC Transit's Mobility Management program strives to provide innovative approaches for delivering, coordinating and managing access to various available transportation services in the community. Our goal is to find ways to enhance mobility of individuals using public transportation as well as other available providers.
BC Transit provides instruction
Travel training for individuals and/or groups is available. Contact our Mobility Manager at 607.778.6515 to schedule today.

What ways can you assist businesses and employers?
Our Mobility Manager works with several major area employers to keep them informed of transit and transportation updates happening in the community. Presentations are available on request.
Are you a working parent with dependent children?
Working Employed Parents Ride Cost-free (WERC) pass program provides working parents with minor dependents a free bus pass to help them retain their job. The bus pass can be used on any of our B.C. Transit Fixed Route Buses to help working parents travel to work, school, daycare, shopping or other places around our community where you go, after all, WE GO WHERE YOU GO!
How do I qualify?
Eligible enrollees must meet all the following:
You must be employed with taxable earned income must be at or below the 200% income criteria and,
- You must be a parent of child(ren) under age 18, or under the age of 19 if the child is attending secondary school; and,
- You must be an U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen
How do I sign up?
You must complete the following:

Non-Custodial Parent Information Referral (Complete this only if you children do not live with you).
- Employment Verification (Recent paystub or other information to verify you are currently employed with earned income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.)
Return the completed information to the BC Junction Office located at 81 Chenango St, Binghamton or mail the information to 413 Old Mill Rd, Vestal NY 13850.
